Since taking over Resort One Vacation Rentals they have grown the business to such an extent that they are thinking of branching out. "We have had a lot of people ask us to expand our business. Areas we might be interested in include Lewiston, Traverse City and even Florida," said Winowiecki.

While most people connect their company with golf, they really have a year around business. Gaylord is still one of the hot areas for winter sports and they get a lot of the Otsego Club spillover. They find families will rent the properties for most of the winter.

However, golf is still one of their bread and butter areas. There have been times during the summer, when they have sold out of their 70 plus properties. One of their value-added services is to book tee times for their clients. "Currently, we book 80-90% of the tee times for our clients, they just do not want to deal with any of that. We work primarily with The Natural, The Loon, The Pines and Marsh Ridge," said Winowiecki. "The biggest trend we are finding in our business, is that our repeat customers are bringing back larger groups. I just set up an outing for 40 golfers yesterday."
